Gareth has competed in running for 35 years, winning the prestigious British Army cross country championships, with over 35 race wins at both amateur and professional level. 

He has competed in various triathlon events worldwide for over 20 years, completing Ironman Wales, as well as 4 x long distance events. 

His passion for triathlon coaching is unmatched, he has trained athletes with no experience to achieve their very first super sprint event, to amateur and professional level triathletes, to date he has helped triathletes achieve over 1000 ironman event finishes. 

Gareth’s advanced education allows him to use research based, gold standard methods to help athletes progress in all areas, whilst other areas of expertise include, bike fitting, running analysis, injury diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and biomechanics. Most of this may be used online for members, in-person clinics are also available. 

Daniel Webb - Nutritional Planning

Dan is a keen squash player, representing Wales at a Regional level. Dan runs the Swansea Premier division Swansea squash team, who are Welsh Premier Division Champions 2023. Dan is a keen triathlete, football player, and has previously trained as a personal trainer.

Dan runs a private dietetic & sports nutrition business providing evidenced based nutritional planning, evaluation, & protocols to a range of athletes including professional footballers, squash players, & triathletes.

Dan is currently employed within the NHS as the Acute Team Lead Dietitian & Lead Dietitian for Surgery at Morriston hospital. Dan also works as a weekly highly specialised outpatient gastroenterology dietitian for the NHS.

Dan provides inpatient care for patients admitted to ICU, surgical wards & medical wards.
